Strengths:  Low-Cost, New, 5 Year Warranty (90 Day Tube Warranty), 4 ohm Speaker Out They fixed the 60Hz hum in newer models, but raised the price as well.
Weaknesses:  You need to be familiar with tube amps (vs. solid-state) in order to coax the best sounds out of this amp.
